About

My name is Autumn Straus. I recently graduated with a degree in public relations and minors in business administration, and sustainable business at the University of Oregon. I’m currently working towards a masters degree in Advertising and Brand Responsibility.

Through my courses I’ve gotten to explore some of my other passions. My public relations courses have helped me fine tune my professional written and verbal communication skills. In my business classes I’ve been able to explore my passion for sustainability and how it can be implemented into business. I got the chance to take creative writing courses and fine tune my storytelling skills. This, along with my writing job at Duck Living Magazine have improved both my creative and professional writing skills.

Brand messaging and sustainability are two areas that I am most excited to work in when it comes to public relations. My aim is to use my writing skills and my growing knowledge of environmental issues to make an impact in these spaces.
